Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Daniel J. Wolf, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 7, 2017.
Wolf, age 23, of Randolph, was sentenced to four (4) years Probation on condition that he undergo a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, complete 100 hours community service, submit a DNA sample, undergo random urine monitoring, obtain/maintain gainful employment, attend a mutual support group twice a week, and pay $1,451.00 in fines and fees.
He pled guilty on February 21, 2017 third degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
In July of 2016, the defendant was found to be operating his motor vehicle carelessly in Hopatcong. Defendant was found to be in possession of heroin at the time of the motor vehicle stop.
