Press Release - Sentencing of Donald Neubauer

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Donald Neubauer, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 7, 2017.

     Neubauer, age 49, of Newton, NJ, was sentenced to 364 days in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility, fines, fees and restitution to Sussex County Social Services in the amount of $1,474.48.

       He pled guilty on February 28, 2017, to two counts of Violation of Probation, and one count of Misuse of Benefits, a Fourth Degree offense.

     Neubauer was represented by Janine Cerra, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Magdalen Czykier.
