Press Release - Sentencing of Kristopher S. Dohm

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Kristopher S. Dohm, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 21, 2017.

     Dohm, age 38, of Hopatcong, New Jersey, was sentenced to ten years New Jersey State Prison on each count to run concurrently to each other.  He has Jail Credit for 765 Days, and was ordered to pay fines and fees and $2,760.00 restitution.

     He pled guilty on March 8, 2017, to two counts of Interference with Custody (a Second Degree Crime).

     Dohm was represented by Miles Feinstein, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Seana Pappas.
