     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable N. Peter Conforti, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on October 30, 2017 by Joshua Mueller.

 

     Mueller, age 23, of Vernon, NJ, pled guilty to two counts of burglary, Third Degree Offenses. Sentencing is presently anticipated for December 22, 2017.

 

     In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to entering multiple vehicles in the Township of Vernon and removing various items from within. 

 

     The case was investigated by Patrolman Emanuel Rivera and other officers of the Vernon Township Police Department. 

 

     Mueller was represented by David Nufrio, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Sally Anne Monkemeier.
