Press Release - Sentencing of Robert Oglesby

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Robert Oglesby, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on January 5, 2018.
 
     Oglesby, age 32, of Newton, New Jersey, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and 3 years probation. He was also ordered to complete a TASC evaluation and follow the recommendations, and pay mandatory fines and fees.
 
     Oglesby pled guilty on October 10, 2017 to one (1) count of operating a motor vehicle during a period of drivers license suspension, a fourth degree offense. 
 
     On July 10, 2017, Oglesby was arrested in Hampton after operating a motor vehicle while his drivers license was suspended for a second DWI and being involved in a crash.   
 
     Oglesby was represented by David Nufrio, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie C. LaCarrubba.
