Press Release - Sentencing of Tre M. Jenkins
PRESS RELEASE

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Tre M. Jenkins who appeared before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Virtual Sussex County Courtroom in Newton on April 8, 2022.
Jenkins, age 22, of Stanhope, was sentenced to three years Probation. Along with the standard conditions of Probation, he must also complete 200 hours of community service, submit a DNA sample, pay over $11,000 in restitution and $587 in fines/fees.
He pled guilty on February 22, 2022, to Theft, a crime of the third degree.
The defendant stole various items including multiple iPhones, Air Pods, Apple Watches, and Samsung Galaxy phones from Woodbury Wireless (T-Mobile) in Newton where he had been employed.
Jenkins was represented by Thomas F. Militano Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
