Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on May 18, 2022, by Michael Drake.
Drake, age 33, of Wantage pled guilty to Receiving Stolen Property, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for July 7, 2022.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to receiving stolen property on August 30, 2021, in Wantage.
The case was investigated by Tpr. P. Delgado Rom and Tpr. N. McGarrity of the New Jersey State Police.
Drake was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
