Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on June 30, 2022 by Charles G. Anderson.
Anderson, age 22, of Freehold, pled guilty to Receiving Stolen Property, a crime of the fourth degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for September 8, 2022 before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to having a watch with a value of $200.00 to $500.00 on his person that was not his, knowing that it was stolen, in Sparta on March 1, 2022.
Anderson was represented by Michael Rubas, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
