Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Larry Martin, who appeared before the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on February 7, 2020.
Martin, age 39 of Wanaque, was sentenced to 36 months of probation. He was ordered to complete 75 hours of community service work, submit a DNA sample, make restitution of $7,203.00 and pay fines and fees totaling $155.00.
He pled guilty on December 23, 2019, to Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, a third degree crime.
The defendant used a company issued credit card to make personal purchases between April and September 2019.
Martin was represented by Shepard Kays, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
