Press Release - Plea of Chasitie Ammacher
PRESS RELEASE

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on August 17, 2020, by Chasitie Ammacher.
Ammacher, age 24 of Franklin, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Prescription Legend Drugs, a fourth degree crime, and Shoplifting, a disorderly persons offense. Sentencing is presently anticipated for October 1, 2020.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of Trazadone tablets without a prescription and to taking items from the Franklin Walmart without making payment on June 11, 2020.
The case was investigated by Ptl. Della Fera and Sgt. Vanderploeg of the Franklin Borough Police Department.
Ammacher was represented by Thomas F. Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
