Press Release - Sentencing of Jason Cuttler

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Jason Cuttler, who appeared before the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on June 10, 2021.
Cuttler, age 27 of Port Jervis, was sentenced to two years of probation. He was ordered to complete thirty days of community service work, follow substance abuse treatment recommendations, submit a DNA sample and pay fines and fees totaling $1,205.00.
He pled guilty on May 6, 2021, to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime.
The defendant was in possession of Fentanyl on October 15, 2020, in Franklin.
Cuttler was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
