Notice of Intent to Award Contract for Staffing Services and Related Services/ Solutions under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement provided by US Communities.
The County of Sussex intends to participate in the US Communities contract for Staffing Solutions and Related Services/Solutions, Contract #16111.

The County of Sussex joined US Communities on April 25, 2018. The contract term for ACRO Service Corp. is January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2021, with an option to renew up to six (6) additional one (1) year periods. This award is pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Request for Proposal from Maricopa County, Phoenix, AZ and authorized by US Communities.
The County of Sussex intends to award a contract on December 11, 2019 to ACRO Service Corp. with the contract term of January 1, 2020 for a two year period, ending on December 31, 2021. Advertisement will be printed in an official newspaper on December 4, 2019.
The County of Sussex is permitted to participate in national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
