Farmland Preservation Survey

Sussex County is updating its Farmland Preservation Plan, and as part of that update, we are looking to hear from our residents about what farmland means to them and welcome you to fill out the survey from the link below!

This resource from the United States Department of Agriculture provides information regarding farm loans, housing assistance, rural development loans and grant assistance, livestock insurance, among other resources regarding farming assistance programs that may be helpful to Sussex County residents.

COVID-19 At-Home Test Kits

All residential households are now eligible for an order of free at-home COVID-19 test kits through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note the following:

  • Limit of one order per residential address
  • One order includes four (4) individual rapid antigen COVID-19 tests (COVIDTests.gov has more details about at-home tests, including extended shelf life and updated expiration dates)
  • Orders will ship free through USPS
