All bills are paid through presentation of proper and duly certified vouchers which must be presented to the Commissioners on County Bill Forms no later than 5 p.m. on the Friday preceding the regular meetings of the Board of County Commissioners.

All bills will be approved for payment by the Board during the business agenda of its regular meeting.
