Press Release - Plea of Nicole C. Grove
PRESS RELEASE

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Virtual Courtroom in Newton on December 6, 2021 by Nicole C. Grove A.K.A. Nicole Kostka.
Kostka, age 42, of St. Cloud, FL, pled guilty to Theft, a crime of the third degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for January 20, 2022 before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C.
The defendant admitted to taking money from the victims by writing checks to herself, then cashing them and using the proceeds.
Kostka was represented by Matthew W. Young Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
