Balancing Act! A MATTER OF BALANCE: Managing Concerns about Falls - FREE Peer led, 8 session (2 hours each) program that offers practical strategies to reduce fear of falling, address safety issues, increase activity levels, and improve balance, flexibility, and strength through exercise.
Take Control of Your Health TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR HEALTH - Action plans for enhancing wellness for adults of all ages and caregivers who are dealing with a long term health/medical condition(s). FREE peer-led, six-week (2 ½ hour sessions) self-management workshops that are goal-oriented and include a FREE manual, "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions."
Diabetes Self Management Program DIABETES SELF MANAGEMENT PROGRAM- Action Plans for Enhancing Wellness for adults of all ages and caregivers who are dealing with Type 2 diabetes. FREE Peer led, six-week (2 ½ hour sessions) self- management program that is goal-oriented and includes a FREE manual, "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions."
Cancer Thriving and Surviving CANCER: THRIVING AND SURVIVING - Action Plans for Enhancing Wellness for adults of all ages of all ages and caregivers who are dealing with all forms of cancer. FREE Peer led, six-week (2½ hour sessions) self-management program that is goal-oriented and includes a FREE manual, "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions."
Stress Busting Program STRESS-BUSTING PROGRAM FOR FAMILY CAREGIVERS - An evidence-based program which provides support for caregivers of individuals with chronic conditions. Helps to improve the quality of life of caregivers and assist them with managing stress and being able to cope better in their lives. FREE peer led, 9 week program (90 minute sessions). Many new skills are introduced and information about the disease process, stress management techniques and more are provided.
HealthEASE Educational Programs HealthEASE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS - FREE presentations of health promotion programs. Available to senior clubs and housing sites, community organizations, etc.

Project Healthy Bones PROJECT HEALTHY BONES - FREE, peer-led, 24 week (1 ½ hour sessions) exercise and program for men and women who are at risk, or who have osteoporosis. This program is designed to stabilize bone density, increase strength, balance and flexibility; and build muscle mass. Manual and light weights are provided.
Move Today MOVE TODAY - FREE, peer-led, 12 session (approx. 1 hour each) non-aerobic exercise program using resistance bands. This program is designed to improve flexibility, balance, stamina, muscle strength, posture, and body mechanics. Resistance bands and manual provided.
